<p>These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of <a href="https://masculinemoda.com">masculinemoda.com</a> (the “Website”) and any purchase you make from us. The Website is operated by <strong>MasculineModa Ltd.</strong> (“Masculine Moda”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a corporation incorporated in Saskatchewan, Canada (Corporation No. 1694632-1). By visiting the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.</p>
<h2>1. Eligibility</h2>
<p>By using the Website you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state or country of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to give us true, accurate and complete information when you place an order or create an account.</p>
<h2>2. Your Account</h2>
<p>If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.</p>
<h2>3. Products & Descriptions</h2>
<p>We aim to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look different on different screens, and natural fabrics such as tweed and linen can vary slightly in texture and shade. Measurements in our <a href="/pages/size-guide">Size Guide</a> are approximate. All products are subject to availability, and we may change or discontinue products at any time without notice.</p>
<h2>4. Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders</h2>
<p>For custom size, made-to-measure and bespoke orders, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements and details. We will make the garment according to the information you submit. Production begins after your order is confirmed, and these orders are subject to the special conditions in our <a href="/policies/refund-policy">Return & Refund Policy</a>.</p>
<h2>5. Prices & Payment</h2>
<ul>
<li>Prices are set in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be shown converted into your local currency for convenience. The final amount charged depends on the currency and exchange rate used at checkout and by your bank.</li>
<li>Prices do not include import duties or local taxes charged by your country, unless stated otherwise (see our <a href="/policies/shipping-policy">Shipping Policy</a>).</li>
<li>We may change prices at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.</li>
<li>Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal and other providers shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.</li>
<li>If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.</li>

<h2>6. Orders & Acceptance</h2>
<p>Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we dispatch it or confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraud or an unauthorised transaction. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.</p>
<h2>7. Shipping, Returns & Refunds</h2>
<p>We offer free shipping worldwide. Delivery times, customs duties, returns, exchanges and refunds are explained in our <a href="/policies/shipping-policy">Shipping Policy</a> and <a href="/policies/refund-policy">Return & Refund Policy</a>, which form part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided.</p>
<h2>8. Discount Codes, Promotions & Gift Cards</h2>
<p>Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless stated, cannot be combined. We may withdraw or change promotions at any time. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.</p>
<h2>9. Acceptable Use</h2>
<p>You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose; to upload viruses or harmful code; to collect other users' data; to interfere with the Website's security or operation; to scrape or copy our content; or to post false, offensive or infringing reviews or content.</p>

<p>All content on the Website, including the Masculine Moda name and logo, designs, photographs, videos, text and graphics, belongs to MasculineModa Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. <p>If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, publish and display it on the Website and our marketing channels. You confirm that your content is your own, is accurate and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.</p>
