Refund policy

We want you to love every piece you buy from Masculine Moda. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work. Please read it before placing your order.

1. 7-Day Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the date your order was delivered. Requests received after 7 days cannot be accepted.

2. Conditions for a Return

To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition you received them;
Returned with all original tags, labels, packaging and accessories (such as garment bags, buttons and pocket squares);
Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, pet hair or smoke odour.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you at your cost and will not be refunded.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Custom size, made-to-measure and bespoke orders — these are cut and made especially for you and are final sale (see section 4).
Items that have been altered, tailored or personalised (e.g. monogrammed).
Sale, clearance and discounted items marked as final sale.
Accessories worn close to the body for hygiene reasons, such as ties, socks and handkerchiefs, once opened.
Gift cards.

4. Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders

Because custom pieces are produced using the measurements you provide, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind or fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements. Please check our Size Guide carefully, or contact us for help before ordering.

If a custom piece arrives damaged, defective, or not made to the measurements you submitted, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will remake or repair it free of charge.

5. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement, repair or full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. How to Request a Return

Email masculinemodaltd@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1-306-501-4186 within 7 days of delivery, with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
We will review your request and send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without our approval — unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship them with a trackable service. Share the tracking number with us.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost. Any customs duties or taxes charged on a returned parcel are also the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

8. Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes our quality check, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.
Original shipping is free, so no shipping charge is deducted — but any duties or taxes paid on delivery are generally non-refundable, as they are collected by your local customs authority.
Refunds are issued in the currency you paid in. We are not responsible for differences caused by exchange-rate changes or bank fees.

9. Exchanges & Store Credit

Prefer a different size or colour? Let us know when you request your return and we will exchange the item, subject to availability. If the item you want is unavailable, you can choose a refund or store credit. Exchanged items are shipped to you free of charge.

10. Order Cancellations

Ready-to-wear orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are dispatched. Custom, made-to-measure and bespoke orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order, before production starts.
