Privacy policy

MasculineModa Ltd. (“Masculine Moda”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit masculinemoda.com (the “Website”) or buy from us, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other privacy laws that apply to you.

1. Who We Are

The Website is operated by MasculineModa Ltd., 344 Gladmer Pk, Regina, SK S4P 2X2, Canada (Corporation No. 1694632-1). For any privacy question, contact us at masculinemodaltd@gmail.com.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact & account details — name, email address, phone number and password when you create an account, sign up to our newsletter or contact us.
  • Order details — billing and shipping addresses, items purchased and order history.
  • Payment information — processed securely by our payment providers; we do not see or store your full card number.
  • Body measurements — when you place a custom size or made-to-measure order, we collect the measurements you provide so we can make your garment.
  • Messages — information you share when you email us, message us on WhatsApp, fill in a contact, appointment or job application form, or leave a review.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, time spent and how you arrived at the Website.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To process, make, ship and track your orders, and to handle returns and refunds;
  • To produce custom and made-to-measure garments using your measurements;
  • To provide customer service and reply to your questions;
  • To manage your account, wishlist and bag;
  • To show prices in your local currency and improve the Website;
  • To prevent fraud and keep the Website secure;
  • To send you marketing messages, only where you have given consent (see section 5);
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the Website and stores order data;
  • Payment providers — Shopify Payments, PayPal and others shown at checkout;
  • Couriers — DHL, FedEx, Canada Post, Aramex and similar, to deliver your order;
  • Tracking & site tools — 17TRACK (order tracking) and BUCKS (currency conversion);
  • Analytics & advertising — Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel;
  • Communication — email providers and WhatsApp, when you choose to contact us that way;
  • Tailoring partners — our workshops, who receive your measurements and order details to make your garment;
  • Authorities — where required by law, or to protect our rights and prevent fraud.

5. Marketing Communications

We send newsletters, offers and updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp only if you have agreed to receive them, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, by replying STOP to SMS, or by contacting us. Order and service messages (such as confirmations and shipping updates) will still be sent.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep the store working (for example, remembering your bag, wishlist, currency and login), to understand how the Website is used, and to show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Website may not work properly without them. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies.

7. International Transfers

We are based in Canada, and our service providers and tailoring partners may process information in other countries, including the United States and India. When we transfer information outside your country, we take reasonable steps to make sure it remains protected in line with this policy.

8. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above — for example, order records are kept as required for tax and accounting (generally up to 6 years in Canada), and measurements are kept so you can reorder easily unless you ask us to delete them.

9. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards, and the Website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant payment providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information;
  • Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
  • Withdraw your consent to marketing or other processing;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, or request a copy of your data (for example under the GDPR in Europe or similar laws in other regions).

To make a request, email masculinemodaltd@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your local data protection authority.
