2. Website Hosting

The Website and online store are hosted on the Shopify platform, operated by Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ground Floor, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 2L8, Canada. Payments are processed by Shopify and its approved payment partners; Masculine Moda does not store your full card details.

For legal enquiries, copyright or trademark notices, or complaints, please write to masculinemodaltd@gmail.com with the subject line “Legal Notice”, or use our contact page. We aim to reply within five (5) business days.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including the Masculine Moda name and logo, product names, designs, photographs, videos, illustrations, text, graphics, page layouts and code — is owned by MasculineModa Ltd. or used under licence, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, modify or distribute any content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
Using our photographs or product images on other websites, marketplaces or social media accounts to sell products is strictly prohibited.

“Masculine Moda”, the Masculine Moda logo and related marks are trademarks of MasculineModa Ltd. Other trademarks, brand names and logos shown on the Website (for example, payment providers and couriers) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

6. Product Information, Colours & Pricing

We take great care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However:

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings.
Natural fabrics such as tweed and linen can show small variations in texture and shade — this is part of their character, not a defect.
Measurements in our Size Guide are a guide; hand-finished garments may vary slightly.
Prices are set in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be shown converted into your local currency. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

7. Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders

For custom size and made-to-measure orders, garments are produced using the measurements you provide. You are responsible for submitting accurate measurements. Custom pieces are made especially for you and are covered by the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

We keep the Website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MasculineModa Ltd. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in this notice limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (for example courier tracking pages, social media or payment providers). We have no control over their content and are not responsible for it. Visiting those websites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. User Content & Reviews

When you send us reviews, photos, comments or messages, you confirm that the content is your own and lawful, and you allow us to use it on the Website and our social channels. We may remove any content that is offensive, misleading or infringes the rights of others.

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. The Website uses cookies to run the store, remember your bag and wishlist, and understand how the Website is used. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the courts of Saskatchewan, Canada will have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
