  • Domestic (India): 3–7 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances.

Masculine Moda is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or government restrictions.

Shipping Address

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

  • Customers can track their order using the provided tracking link.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items on sale or clearance (unless defective)

  • Innerwear or personal-use items (if applicable)

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@masculinemoda.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear images or video (if damaged/defective)

  2. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.

  3. If approved, return instructions will be shared.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated after successful inspection of the returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Exchange requests follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.

Cancellation Policy
