Cancellation Policy

Masculine Moda

At Masculine Moda, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • To cancel an order, customers must contact us as soon as possible at support@masculinemoda.com with the Order ID.


2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after receiving customer details.


3. Cancellation by Masculine Moda

Masculine Moda reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Product out of stock

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment issues or suspected fraud

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details

In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer.


4. Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled.

  • Customized or made-to-order products (if applicable) cannot be cancelled once processing has started.


5. Policy Updates

Masculine Moda reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
