At Masculine Moda, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• A refund request is raised within 7 days of delivery
• The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
• Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)
• Innerwear or personal-use items (if applicable)
• Orders placed with incorrect size or color selected by the customer
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
• Email us at support@masculinemoda.com
• Mention your Order ID
• Provide the reason for refund
• Attach clear images or videos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
4. Refund Approval & Processing
• Once approved, the product must be returned as per instructions shared by our team.
• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be initiated.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
5. Refund Method
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after details are shared by the customer.
6. Shipping Charges
• Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side.
7. Cancellation & Refund
• Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
• Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for a refund.
8. Policy Updates
Masculine Moda reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
